When our Dad Richard Stewart started building homes back in the early 70’s he did everything himself from running the bulldozer and laying concrete blocks to wiring the electrical. It all starts with the Foundation: Richard Crandall has been pouring our foundations since 1995.
Excavating: DE Flynn: Doug Flynn – Started with our Dad in 1985 and has been with us ever since.
Framing/Roofing crew: Cooper construction – Rick Cooper and his staff have been in business since 1972.
Electrical: Togan Electric established in 1974. Dave Gatto is a licensed Master Electrical Contractor. Has been with us since 1996.
Plumbing: J Williams Plumbing and Heating – Jeff Williams. 2nd generation family owned business, Jeff learned the trade from his father who started plumbing in the 1950’s.

Masonry: Richard Denner – has been doing stone work since 1975.

Landscaping: Signature landscaping – Rob Matt and Todd Winne over 20 years combined experience landscaping and are responsible for our 2008 Best landscaping award with the Parade of Homes.
Lawns: Jim Ferranti – 20 years experience.
Painting: Brian Doty – over 30 years experience painting homes.
Tile: Forever Tile – Chuck Travis, started doing tile in1973 and has been working with us since1990.
Carpet/vinyl: EZ Walk Carpets – Ryan Glogowski. Ryan learned the business from his Father and started with us in early 90’s.
Trim: All of our trim and finish work is done in house by our Dad Dick Stewart and our crew: combined experience on the Job is over 80 years…
